We're talkin' baseball....
I have not felt like writing much lately. A few weeks ago, someone from Blogstream tagged me to write five things I have heard in my life and have learned. I figured why not, since it should be fun. The five things I wrote about were things that were not fun, but five things I have kept silent about over the years. Things that you tend to store in that dark attic of the mind. Some things that some people may find politically incorrect.
I'm not making any apologies. Those are feelings that I have, and I will probably not be able to change my mind.
Baseball season started a few weeks ago, and WOPX56 in Orlando has been televising the Tampa Bay Devil Rays games. The Baltimore Orioles are in town playing the Devil Rays, then the Cleveland Indians come in to Tampa for the weekend. Right now, the Orioles lead,1-0, in the second.
For some reason I feel like the little fat kid from my childhood. I would watch the Indians with each chance I get, clutching my baseball in my baseball glove. The baseball and glove are gone, but that excitement is there. I guess because it is a new season, and the hope that things will be better than last season.
The computers have been down in the computer lab for over a week now. I have not been able to get on the computer during my break time at work. So if I want to get to Blogstream, I have to do it on my home computer. Just like when you are using the computer at the public library, and you're trying to download porn.
Like as if there is a connection between the two.

Depending on which blog you read, I guess. I guess if you're at Blogstream or at a porn site, do it in the privacy of your own home, huh?
For now, I feel like watching baseball. When you work seven days a week, you relax whenever you get the chance. When I feel like writing again, I'll leave a post. And maybe between innings, I can comment on blogs.
Or when the computers are up and running in the computer lab. But I have a feeling that by the time the computers are fixed, football season will be around the corner,
As for the five things that I have heard in my life and learned from, I would like to try it again. So here it goes:
1.) You will be able to count all of your true friends on one hand. Two of those people will be you mom and dad.
2.) Sex is just like riding a bicycle. Once you learn how to do it, you never forget.

3.) When it rains, it pours. Both in the literal and figurative sense.
4.) You never forget the name of the girl you lost your virginity to.
And since I have been talking about baseball:
5.) A beer and a hot dog just tastes better at the ball park.
And it's the fourth inning, and the Devil Rays are up,4-1.
We're talkin' Willie, Mickey, and the Duke. Say Hey, Say Hey.....
